GEURIGE GESTOOFDE LEWER

500 g lewer sout en peper na smaak 30 ml Worcestersous 30 ml olie 150 g uie, in ringe gesny 50 g groen soetrissie, in repe gesny 1 jalapeno rissie, opsioneel 4 knoffelhuisies, fyngemaak

Maak die lewer skoon en sny in stukke. Plaas die lewer in 'n glasbakkie, geur na smaak met sout en peper en gooi die Worcester sous oor. Roer deur en marineer vir 2 ure. Verhit die olie in 'n braaipan en braai die uie, soetrissie en jalapeno rissie tot sag. Voeg die knoffel by. Voeg nou nie lewer (met die marinade) by die groente en roer deur. Bedek en prut liggies vir 20 minute of tot die lewer gaar is. Bedien op Kamma Rys of Kamma Pasta (nie ingereken nie).
