Ham and Cheese Wheels

1 roll ready-made puff pastry 8 slices Enterprise Shaved Smoked Ham 8 slices cheese Marmite

Preheat oven to 200ºC. Defrost the pastry and unroll. Place slices of ham side by side over the width of the pastry, leaving 1 cm open on both sides of the pastry. Dot the ham with Marmite. Top with cheese slices. Roll up the pastry and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Cut the roll into 1 cm slices and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
