Herb and ham wrapped baby potatoes

Make sure these are served nice and hot.
Main Ingredients 500 grams baby potatoes 150 grams parma or black forest ham 2 sprinkles salt and milled pepper, or to taste 45 ml chives, chopped 200 grams pnp sour cream and herb dip
• Preheat oven to 180°C. • Boil potatoes in salted water until just tender. Drain well. • Wrap each potato in a slice of ham and place on a baking tray. Season, then roast for 15 minutes or until ham is crispy. • Stir chives through dip and serve alongside potatoes.
