MINI MEATBALLS WITH SWEET CHILLI DIP

Ingredients

500 g extra lean beef mince or lamb mince 175 Bulgarian yoghurt or sour cream 60 ml corn flour 90 ml BOVRIL ½ an onion, coarsely grated 30 ml freshly chopped parsley

Method

Mix the meat, yogurt, corn flour, Bovril, onion ad parsley together. Shape into small meatballs the size of walnuts. Place in a shallow greased ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes. Serve on toothpicks. Serve at room temperature with the sweet chilli dip.

Sweet Chilli Dip

60 ml sweet chilli sauce 15 ml BOVRIL 125 ml cream cheese 45 ml freshly chopped coriander 1 little milk (if needed to thin the dip down) coriander for garnish

Method

Mix all of the above together and serve with the meatballs.

Serves 4 / Makes + 32 meatballs
