SIAKAP STIM LIMAU PURUT - Steamed Siakap fish with Kaffir Lime

Ingredients:
1 Tails Barramundi simple big fish A little oyster sauce A little blackpaper 5 Inch Ginger-slices 2 Batang-serai sliced 2 BJ Fruit Tomatoes-Cut in quarters 2 seeds sour boi 3-5 Kaffir Lime Leaf-slice in half 5 Bulbs garlic 1 large onions, sliced Pepper-slices Carrot- sliced Salt, sugar, A little bit of olive oil
How to:
Clean the fish.
Layer all the ingredients in the cavity of the fish.
Sprinkle with olive oil
Steam the fish for 15 - 20 minutes.
Tip: Wash the fish with a paste of wheat flour and tamarind. Rinse very good. It will remove the strong fishy smell.
