Spanish-Style Fried Green Olives

Ingredients • 125 millilitre Finely grated Parmesan cheese • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten • 250 millilitre Fresh breadcrumbs • 24 Pimento-stuffed green olives • pinch Robertsons Cayenne Pepper • 1 KNORR Creamy Garlic Vegetable Bake • Olive oil
Instructions 1. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. 2. Place egg into a small bowl. 3. In another bowl combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper. 4. Roll olives in KNORR Creamy Garlic Vegetable Bake and shake off excess. 5. Dip olives in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat. 6. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to chill. 7. Heat oil and fry the olives in batches until golden (about 1 minute per batch). 8. Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper towel. 9. Repeat until all olives have been cooked.
