Spicy Cream Cheese Dip
• 125 g cream cheese • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Spur Durky Sauce • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Spur Salad & French Fry Dressing
Mix the cream cheese, Spur Durky Sauce and Spur Salad & French Fry Dressing together.
Guacamole Dip
• 1 avocado pear, mashed • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Spur Durky Sauce
Mix mashed avocado pear and Spur Durky Sauce together. Variation: Add some freshly chopped tomatoes and black pepper to taste.
Spicy Plain Yogurt Dip
• 125 g unflavoured yoghurt • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Spur Durky Sauce • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Spur Salad & French Fry Dressing
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
• 125 ml (½ cup) Spur Salad & French Fry Dressing • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sweet chilli sauce • 1 clove garlic, finely crushed (optional)
METHOD
1. Roll chicken strips in the flour, then dip in the eggs until coated.
2. Mix the cornflakes, Spur Chicken Spice, parsley and pepper. Coat the chicken strips and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to prevent the crumbs from falling off when frying.
3. Sweet chilli sauce: Mix the ingredients and set aside.
4. Bake the strips in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
Serve warm with sauce.
