Vienna Bites

1 roll ready-made cheese or wholewheat puff pastry, defrosted 8 - 10 Enterprise Smoked Cheese Russians 1 egg 25 ml milk toothpicks (if desired)

Preheat oven to 200ºC. Unroll the pastry. Cut the pastry in portions large enough to roll around each Russian. Secure the edges by brushing the one side with cold water and sticking the other edge to it. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Beat the egg and milk together. Brush the pastry of each Vienna roll with this mixture. Cut Russian rolls into 3 cm lengths and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry is crispy and done.
