Cheddar Olives

Ingredients:
1 Jar pitted green olives, stuffed with red pepper, lemon or garlic 150g grated mature cheddar 125g flour 4 Tbs soft unsalted butter ¼ tsp sweet smoked paprika
Method:
Preset the oven on 200C, set the shelf in the middle of the oven. Drain and dry the olives on kitchen paper. Add the grated cheese and the butter to the flour in a medium sized mixing bowl, and sprinkle over the paprika. Knead together gently to form a dough, adding a teaspoon of water if necessary. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it quickly on the palm of your hand. Wrap it round and olive. Taking off any excess. Place on a greased baking tray. Do so with the remainder of the olives. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and serve immediately.
