Mini biltong quiches

Puffed up with South African pride.
Serves: 4
1 roll PnP puff pastry 4 large PnP eggs 500 ml PnP milk 80 grams biltong, roughly chopped
Method
Preheat oven to 200˚C. Cut out discs of PnP puff pastry and place into the cups of a greased muffin pan. Whisk together eggs and milk and season. Roughly chop biltong and scatter into prebaked pastry cups. Cover with egg mixture and bake for 10 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
