GENOEG VIR 4-6 Bereiding: 15 min. Gaarmaak: 20 min. Sous: 125 ml (½ k) tamatiesous 60 ml (¼ k) heuning 2 brandrissies, fyngemaal 60 ml (¼ k) bruinsuiker 15 ml (1 e) Worcestershire-sous 10 ml (2 t) appelasyn 2,5 ml (½ t) knoffelpoeier 2,5 ml (½ t) fyn swartpeper Sosaties: 4 hoenderborsies 2 rooi-uie, in wiggies gesny 1. Plaas ’n klein kastrol oor lae hitte. 2. Voeg al die sousbestanddele by en roer om te meng. 3. Laat prut 5 min. tot die suiker opgelos en die sous verdik het. Sosaties: 1. Sny die hoenderborsies in happiegrootte-stukke en ryg om die beurt met uie-wiggies aan die sosatiestokke. 2. Verf met die sous en braai oor matige hitte in ’n roosterpan – bedruip terwyl jy omdraai. **Sit voor met platbrode en groenslaai
