LEWER 2 TERTE VAN 20 CM Bereiding: 40 minute Baktyd: 30 minute 15 g botter 40 g suiker 3 groot eiers, geskei 130 g koekmeel, gesif knippie sout 500 ml (2 k) melk 250 ml (1 k) vars lemoensap skil van 1 lemoen suiker vir oorsprinkel Voorverhit die oond tot 190 °C. Smeer twee tertpanne van 20 cm elk. 1. Verroom die botter en suiker tot lig en romerig. 2. Klits die eiergele een vir een by. 3. Voeg die meel en sout by en meng goed. 4. Voeg die melk, lemoensap en lemoenskil by en meng goed. 5. Klits die eierwitte tot sagte punte vorm en vou dit by die mengsel in. 6. Giet die mengsel in die voorbereide tertpanne en bak 30 minute tot goudkleurig en gestol. **Strooi ’n bietjie suiker oor wanneer dit by die oond uitkom
