Olive Twist

Ingredients • 1-2 cups Black Olives • Olive Oil to drzzle • Robertsons Origanum • Robertsons Chilli Flakes • Lemon • Feta Cheese (optional)
Instructions 1. Whatever olives you have on hand -- like Green or Black or pimento-stuffed olives, place the drained olives in a bowl, drizzle them with extra-virgin olive oil, and shower them with a sprinkling of dried oreganum, red pepper flakes. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, then toss everything together. 2. For a Greek Twist add cubes of feta to the olives. 3. Serve with pita bread.
