Peppadew Poppers Recipe

One bottle Peppadew Hot Whole Sweet Piquanté Peppers - rinsed and dried • Half tub cream cheese (your choice of flavoured or plain) • 125g bacon - chopped small and fried crispy • Handful grated cheddar cheese (or, even better, mature cheddar) • Half cup flour • 3 eggs, beaten • 2-3 cups bread crumbs (or Panko crumbs if you can get them) • Oil for deep frying
Combine the cream cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese, and stuff the individual peppers with this mixture. Coat each popper in flour, then egg, then crumbs, then again egg, then again crumbs, and deep fry until golden brown in hot oil.
