Lewer sowat 28 balletjies Bereidingstyd: 30 minute Gaarmaaktyd: 5-10 minute

500 g dadels, fyn gekap 50 g appelkosies, fyn gekap 125 ml (½ k) rooibostee 150 ml (½ k) klapper 60 ml (¼ k) kakao 15 ml (1 e) rou heuning 100 g rou heel amandels kakao, amandelbrokkies of klapper om balletjies in te rol

Kook die dadels en appelkosies in die rooibostee tot sag en alle vloeistof weggekook het. Kap fyn in die voedselverwerker. Voeg die klapper, kakao en net genoeg heuning by om ’n stywe pasta te maak. Vorm in klein balletjies, met ’n heel amandel in elk. Rol in die kakao, amandelbrokkies of klapper en verkoel.
