Jalapeno Poppers

4 Large Brined Jalapenos, halved and seeded and patted dry

½ Cup Grated Cheese

2 Tbs Cream Cheese

100g Feta Crumbled

2 Tbs Chopped Coriander

½ Packet Bisto Brown Onion Sachet

2 Eggs Beaten

Hinds Southern Coating – Lemon and Herb

Oil for deep frying

Pakco Sauce for dipping

Mix together all the cheeses - the mix must be fairly firm. Add the coriander and the Bisto Gravy Powder. Gently pack the cheese mix into the Jalapeno cavity Dip into the beaten eggs, then the Southern Coating. Rest in fridge for ten minutes while oil heats up ( don’t stack them on top of each other) Fry in batches till golden brown, and serve with Pakco Sauce (Braai or Sweet Chilli)
