MARSHMALLOW DIP

1 x large packet of marshmallows 1 x 600ml cream 1tsp vanilla essence

Melt marshmallows either in microwave or stove. Set aside to cool. Whip cream & vanilla essence together. Fold into cooled marshmallow and refrigerate for 1 hour or until needed. Serve with fruits - I'm doing strawberries & dried apricots & bananas
