500 g geelperskes 2 uie, gekap 10 ml sout 3 ml koljanderkorrels 2 ml piment-of –wonderpeperkorrels 2 ml peperkorrels 5 ml matige kerriepoeier 1 ml sout 250 ml wit asyn 12,5 ml mielieblom 25 ml koue water 100 ml kookwater 100 ml suiker METODE: 1. Spoel perskes af om hare te verwyder. 2. Halveer en snipper in dun skyfies. 3. Bedek perskesnippers en gekapte uie met water waarby 10 ml sout gevoeg is. 4. Laat staan vir 'n uur. 5. Kook vir 20 – 30 minute in ʼn kastrol, nadat 100 ml kookwater bygevoeg is. 6. Kook intussen speserye, sout en asyn vir 3 minute in ʼn ander kleiner kastrol. 7. Voeg asynmengsel by gaar perskemengsel. Meng mielieblom en koue water tot glad. 8. Roer kookwater en suiker by mielieblommengsel. 9. Kook vir ongeveer 5 minute of totdat sous verdik. 10. Skep blatjang in warm, skoon, glasbottels en verseël. **Bêre op ʼn koel donker plek.
