BEETROOT & CHICKPEA DIP

INGREDIENTS:
KOO Grated & Spiced Beetroot, drained 1 can KOO Chickpeas in Brine, rinsed & drained ¼ cup blanched almonds ¼ cup greek yoghurt ¼ extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 garlic clove, crushed

Food processor
METHOD:
Process beetroot, chickpeas, almonds, yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice & garlic in a food processor until smooth. Season.
