BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT

Ingredients
375 ml plain yoghurt 195 g apple & cinnamon cereal 40 g raisins 1 1/2 cups apple juice 1/2 cup, coasely chopped and roasted cashew nuts, to serve maple syrup, for drizzling 4 large, split lengthways banana
Cooking Instructions
Drain the yoghurt overnight in the fridge, in a strainer lined with paper towel. Soak the cereal and raisins in the juice overnight in the fridge. Serve 2 scoops muesli, 2 scoops yoghurt and a banana sprinkled with cereal and nuts, and drizzled with syrup.
