Ingredients

  • buffalo mozzarella, torn

  • fresh basil leaves, to garnish

  • exotic tomatoes, sliced

  • 100 g Grated hard cheese

  • 1 sheet Woolworths Frozen All Butter Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Halve 1 sheet thawed Woolworths all-butter puff pastry lengthways, then grate over 30 g hard cheese.

  2. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

  3. Top with panfried exotic tomatoes, fresh basil, torn mozzarella and season to taste.
