HERBED LENTILS WITH SPINACH

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp butter 1 medium onion 2 bunches spinach ½ cup chopped fresh tomatoes or red peppers 1 can KOO Lentils, drained 1 tsp vegetable seasoning
KITCHEN GADGETS:
Pot, sharp knife, wooden spoon
METHOD:
Heat the butter, sweat the onions. Add chopped spinach and tomatoes, then add lentils and seasoning.
