MAPLE-MUSTARD CHIPOLATAS

Ingredients
  • 500g cocktail pork chipolatas wrapped in bacon

  • 4 Tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Place the pork sausages in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the mustards, maple syrup, paprika and salt and pour over the sausages.

  4. Mix the sausages well and make sure they're completely covered with the sticky mustard glaze.

  5. Place the sausages into the prepared baking tray and place it in the oven.

  6. Allow to cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the glaze is sticky and dark.

  7. Remove from the oven, place in a serving bowl and serve.
