MELTED CHEESE DIP

Ingredients
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese 200 g Taleggio cheese 3 sprigs thyme 4 Tbsp Wild blossom honey 50 g, toasted and roughly chopped almonds, toasted, plus extra to garnish 1 baguette
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cheeses and thyme in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until melted and bubbly. Drizzle with honey and scatter over the almonds. Serve with the baguette. Wine: Mulderbosch Chenin Blanc 2013
