ROAST BUTTERNUT AND SMOKED MOZZARELLA PIZZA

Ingredients
550 g bread flour
25 g yeast
salt
375ml water, tepid
smoked mozzarella, sliced
roast butternut, cubed
100 g pine nuts, toasted
a few sage leaves
a crack of black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dissolve the yeast and a pinch of salt in the water.
Mix in the bread flour and knead to form a dough (add more flour if it feels too sticky).
Knead the dough for 15 minutes, then form it into a smooth ball.
In a clean, covered bowl, allow the dough to prove in a warm place until it has doubled in size, then knock it down and roll it out.
Top the rolled out dough with slices of smoked mozzarella, cubes of roast butternut, toasted pine nuts and a few sage leaves.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and serve with a crack of black pepper.
