Plaas vars stokvis in oondpan en gooi 2 k melk oor. Bak 20 minute by 180 gr C. Haal vis uit en gooi melk af in beker. Braai 2k gesnyde leeks in kookolie. Roer 2 E meel by en roer melk by. Dit vorm nou die witsous. Vlok vis in ‘n bakskottel en sprinkel sout oor. Skep leeks en witsous oor vis. Maak mash van saggekookte aartappels, 1 E botter, halwe k melk, sout en 1/2 t bakpoeier. Skep mash lepels-vol oor vis. maak met vurk rowwe patrone bo-op en sit klontjies botter bo-op. Bak tot goudbruin
