Coco Mint Smoothie

Serves 1
50ml Coconut milk
100ml Pineapple Juice
100g Pineapple, chopped
50ml Plain frozen yogurt
Small handfull of mint
Scoop of whey protein
Crushed ice
Combine all the ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth before serving immediately.
