GRILLED HALLOUMI , CUCUMBER AND TOMATO SALAD

Ingredients
red wine vinegar, to serve
olive oil, to drizzle
microherbs, to garnish
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced julienne
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced, to serve
organic olive oil, for drizzling
Cooking Instructions
Halve 1 x 240 g slab Woolworths halloumi, then fry in 1 T olive oil until golden.
Serve with 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 peeled and sliced cucumber, ½ sliced red onion and microherbs.
Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar to serve.
