GEMMER KOOKPOEDING OPPI STOOF

Deeg: 1 kop meel 1/2kop melk 1eetl botter 2 eetl appelkooskonfyt 1tl koeksoda aangemaak met bietjie melk

Stroop: 2 kop water 1 kop suiker (wit of bruin) 1/2 tl gemmer of kaneel Bring die sous tot kookpunt in 'n groot pot met deksel. Meng botter en konfyt. Voeg sout en meel by en dan die koeksoda Skep lepels vol in kokende stroop. Sit deksel op en prut oor lae hitte vir 15minute Moenie die deksel afhaal voor 15 min verby is nie. Bedien warm met lekker vla of roomys.
