Piped Caramel Biscuits

500 g Golden Cloud Cookie Mix 300 g butter 60 ml water
Filling 60 g soft butter 40 g brown sugar 200 g icing sugar 10 ml caramel essence 25 ml milk
INSTRUCTION
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. 2. Mix the Golden Cloud Cookie Mix, butter and water into a soft dough of a piping consistency. Spoon dough into a piping bag¬tted with a large star nozzle. Pipe biscuits 3 cm apart on lined baking trays and bake for 15 minutes or until golden in colour. Allow to cool on a cooling rack.
For Filling: 3. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the icing sugar, caramel essence and enough milk to make icing light and creamy. 4. Sandwich biscuits together with the fi¬lling. 5. Store in an airtight container until needed.
