BESTANDDELE: 375 ml fyn gekapte uie 50 ml botter of margarien 125 ml tamatiesous 60 ml water 25 ml bruinsuiker 25 ml suurlemoensap 15 ml asyn 15 ml worcestersous 10 ml braaivleisspeserye

METODE: Braai die uie liggies in die botter of margarien. Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en verhit tot kookpunt. Verminder hitte en laat die sous sowat 15 minute stadig prut. Baie lekker op pap saam met braaivleis.
