BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients:
20 Shrimps
30ml oil
6t onions
60ml dry white wine
1t garlic
Worcestershire Sauce
1t Tabasco
1/2t cayenne
1/2t paprika
230g salted butter
Directions: Cook shrimp until they are just done. Remove shrimp and set aside. Cook onions. Add white wine, simmer until reduced by half. Add chopped garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco, cayenne pepper and paprika. Cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat. Slowly add butter into pan. Continue until all butter is melted. Add shrimp to butter mix and heat.
