Boerewors Braai Snackers

(Serves 4) 800 g Boerewors cut into 5cm pieces 10 ml Crushed Chillies 10 ml Mixed Herbs 200 g Cheddar Cheese sliced 200 g Streaky Bacon 1 Onion peeled and cut into chunks
Cut each piece of wors open lengthwise but not all the way through. Place a piece of cheese in the slit and sprinkle with Crushed Chillies and Mixed Herbs. Wrap a piece of bacon around the wors to seal the cheese in. Secure with a tooth pick. Braai over medium coals until cooked through and golden brown and crispy. Serve warm straight off the braai.
