CALAMARI MET ROKETSLAAI

4 rooi brandrissies, pitte verwyder, in repe gesny

1kg calamari tentakels en buise

50ml olyfolie

sap van 1 suurlemoen

2 hande vol vars roket

2ml sout

2ml swartpeper

Verhit die olyfolie in 'n groot pan tot baie warm.

Braai die calamari en die brandrissies saam vir sowat 10 minute.

Haal van die stoof af en gooi die suurlemoensap oor.

Geur met sout en swartpeper.

Laat afkoel.

Sit 'n bietjie vars roket in klein bakkies en sowat 3 tentakels en 3 calamaribuise bo-op.

Lewer 4 porsies.
