Cheese and Olive Sandwich

Ingredients

Processed cheese grated1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated1 cup Mozzarella cheese cubes 2 teaspoons Pitted Green Olives sliced1 cup White bread slices 8 slices Extra virgin olive oil for brushing Parsley finely chopped 4-6 tablespoons

Method Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Place bread slices on baking tray. Brush with oil and place in oven bake for 2-3 minutes. Step 2 Mix olives, processed cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, mozzarella cheese cubes, green olives and parsley in a bowl. Step 3 Remove tray from oven. Flip slices and spread a spoonful of cheese-olive mixture evenly on 4 slices. Cover with remaining slices and place tray again in oven, bake till cheese melts and bread is crisp and golden. Cut into rectangles and serve immediately.
