GARLIC BREAD with cheddar, peppadew and feta

INGREDIENTS French loaf of bread Butter Garlic, crushed Cheddar cheese, grated Peppadew, chopped Feta, chopped Origanum

METHOD Melt your butter and mix with garlic and origanum, let it cool. Cut French loaf 5cm apart, not right through. in the cut, add your garlic butter, grated cheese, peppadew and feta. Add more grated cheese on top of the loaf, cover with foil and braai. When done, you can add more grated cheese on top and grill in the oven for 3 minutes to make it crispy.
