PERFECT POACHED EGGS

Ingredients
2 tsp white wine vinegar
4 free-range egg, beaten
Cooking Instructions
Half-fill a large saucepan with water and add the vinegar. Bring to a slow simmer.
Crack an egg into a cup and set aside.
Once the water is simmering, stir it in one direction to create a whirlpool effect.
While the water is spinning, carefully drop the egg into the centre of the pan. Poach for 2 to 3 minutes and remove using a slotted spoon.
Repeat with the remaining eggs.
Serve immediately.
