Blade beef curry

Ingredients
10 pieces of blade beef 1 large onion finely chopped A few curry leaves 3 pieces of stick cinnamon 3 cardamom pods Salt to taste 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1 teaspoon of chili powder 2 tablespoons of roasted masala 3 large potatoes peeled and cut into cubes . Some freshly chopped coriander 2 tablespoons of freshly grated garlic and ginger .
Method
Heat your oil and add your onions and curry leaves , cardamom and cinnamon sticks and lightly brown the onions . Next add your meat and garlic and ginger and cook with some water for 30-40 minutes on a medium heat. Next add your spices and salt and braise for 5 minutes making sure to stir to prevent spices from burning . Next add a cup of hot water and your potatoes and cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender . Next add your fresh coriander and serve with roti or rice .
