CELERY, APPLE AND CUCUMBER ASIAN SLAW

Ingredients

• 1/2 cucumber, sliced julienne

• 3 apple, peeled and grated

• 2 celery stalk, diced

• lemon juice

• 4 Tbsp fish sauce

• 1 tsp sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

1. Grate cucumber, apples and celery stalks into long, thin strips.

2. Drizzle with lemon or lime juice, fish sauce and sesame seed oil.

3. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
