Mango and chicken curry with coconut milk

Ingredients
8-10 pieces of chicken - remove skin where possible 3 tablespoons of oil 1 large onion peeled and finely chopped 2 tablespoons of freshly grated garlic and Ginger 1 heaped teaspoon of turmeric 3 tablespoons of roasted masala 1teaspoon of paprika Salt to taste 1/2 a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper 1 cup of chopped mango 1/2 a cup of freshly chopped coriander a cup of coconut milk . 1 teaspoon of vinegar .
Method .
In a large pot fry your onions in the oil until golden brown , add about half a cup of hot water and cook the onions until all water has been cooked away . Next add your garlic and Ginger , all your spices and salt , vinegar and chicken and cook and stir for a few minutes , next add half a cup of water and the mango pieces and stir , cook for about 20 minutes . Next add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 15 minutes . And you are done , garnish with some fresh coriander and serve with rice .
