MIELIES WITH CHILLI AND LIME

Ingredients
4 mielies
3 Tbsp butter
2 red chillies, seeded and finely chopped (optional, to serve)
4 limes, zested and juiced
salt and black pepper,crushed
Cooking Instructions
To cook the mielies, brush them with the melted butter then put them onto a braai grid over medium-hot coals
Allow to cook, turning every 5 minutes until the mielies are cooked through and have started to char.
Place the limes on the braai grid and allow to grill for a minute.
To serve, squeeze the lime juice over the mielies and add the chopped chillies.
Season to taste and serve with the remaining butter. Serve immediately.
