EASY Mushroom MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS 2 Beef Stock Pots 50 ml boiling water 25 g plain dry bread crumbs 650 g lean minced beef 125 g finely chopped mushrooms 25 g finely chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 large egg METHOD Preheat oven 180°C. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into loaf in small baking tray or using a loaf tin. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with mash potato and vegetables of your choice. Serve with mash potato, creamy brown onion sauce and vegetables
