Die lekkerste lekker. Ek sit so n paar naeltjies ook by myne. Dit is absoluut heerlik en so maklik om te maak xxx

Ryp Tamatie Konfyt 2 kg ryp tamataies kookwater 7,5 kop wit suiker 37,5 ml suurlemoensap gekneusde groen gemmerstukke Steriliseer flesse.

Bedek tamaties met kookwater, laat staan 1 – 2 minute lank, trek skille af en weeg. Kap tamaties in blokkies. Pak die tamaties en suiker in lae in swaarboomkastrol, voeg die suurlemoensap by en verhit dit baie stadig oor lae hitte totdat die suiker gesmelt het, of laat staan dit oornag. Verhoog hitte sodra suiker opgelos het en kook tot die konfyt stolpunt bereik het. Roer nou en dan sodat die konfyt nie aanbrand nie. Doen die pieringtoets. Skep konfyt in flesse, bedek met botterpapiersirkels wat in brandewyn gedoop is en verseël die flesse.
