Muffin Pan Eggs

Roll out slices of bread and place into muffin pans. Add a cooked sausage cut into rings to the bottom of each muffin cup along with some cheese. Then crack an egg over the sausage, add salt pepper to season and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked.

You can also add some paprika on top of the egg.
