PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BARS

Ingredients
  • chocolate brownie baking kit

  • 200 g good quality dark chocolate chips or bars, chopped up

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 50 g white chocolate, shavings, to decorate

  • 50 g milk chocolate, chopped finely

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the brownies according to package instructions.

  2. When the brownies are baked and have cooled completely you can make the ganache.

  3. Melt together the dark chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl set over a pot of barely simmering water until smooth.

  4. Pour the ganache over the brownies then place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.

  5. When the ganache has set, melt the milk and white chocolate and drizzle over the top. Allow to set then slice and serve.
