Spinach & Onion Egg Skillet

2 tablespoons butter 6 large eggs 1 large onion sliced thinly 2 cups fresh spinach 4 slices cheese of your liking 1/4 teaspoon salt Ground pepper to taste

1.) Melt butter over medium-high heat in skillet. Add onions and cook until tender.

2.) Make 6 indentations in the onion and crack the eggs into each one.

3.) Add fresh spinach on top and sprinkle on salt & pepper.

4.) Once set add cheese around and on top covering most of the dish.

5. ) Once set serve or place in oven for about 10 minutes under 180 degrees C until more well-done.
