THREE-INGREDIENT BLUEBERRY PIE

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh blueberries

  • 80 g brown sugar

  • 500 g puff pastry

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Place the berries in a pie dish and sprinkle over the brown sugar.

  3. Cover with the puff pastry and bake for 25 minutes. The berries will burst while baking, making their own sauce.
