Bread rolls of your choice

Bacon - grilled

Mature cheddar cheese slices

Avocado mashed

Eggs cooked in an omelette.

Butter the bread rolls.

On the bottom half of the bread roll:

Top with strips of egg omelette.

Top with avocado.

Top with bacon.

Top with mature cheddar cheese slices.

Top with the top half of the breadroll.
