ROAST APPLES AND STRAWBERRIES WITH ICE CREAM

Ingredients

• 200 g butter

• Woolworths Vanilla ice cream

• 1 lemons,half juiced and zested

• 80 g brown sugar

• 3 Top red apples, sliced

Cooking Instructions

1. Roast 3 quartered apples in 80 g brown sugar, the juice of ½ lemon and 100 g butter at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, adding 200 g thawed frozen strawberries in the last 5 minutes.

2. Serve hot topped with Woolworths vanilla ice cream.
