Oond 180 gr C. Braai 2 gesnyde prei stingels in bietjie olie, sny 1 pak wit sampioene in stukkies en braai by. Roer 1 pk sampioen soppoeier in 2 k melk en roer by. Roer aanhoudend tot dik. As te dik, voeg nog melk by. Vlok 1 gaar hoender in stukkies en roer by soppoeier-mengsel. Skep in diep oondbak en sny bo-kors uit gekoopte Blaardeeg en sit bo-oor hoender. Smeer geklitste eier bo-oor en bak vir 30 minute.
